How long does delivery take?

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Magic Tricks & Secrets

Magic items are non‑refundable. When you purchase a magic effect, you are purchasing the secret. Once learned, it cannot be returned or “unseen,” so all magic sales are final.

All Other Products

Non‑magic items (party supplies, costumes, puppets, juggling gear, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

If you ever receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Select items — such as wands, wallets, and custom props — are handcrafted in‑house by Big Tim himself.
