Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions via USPS or DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — customs processing may add additional time.
We currently ship internationally to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Custom handcrafted items (such as our wands) may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be noted on the product page.
Multiple Shipments Some orders may include items fulfilled by our supplier partners and could ship separately, arriving in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
