Our Promise

We want every order to be a good experience. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no runaround, no smoke and mirrors.

The Magic Exception — Please Read

Magic is unlike almost anything else you can buy online. When you purchase a magic trick, book, or instructional video, you're buying the secret — the method behind the mystery. Once that's known, it can't be unknown.

For this reason, opened magic tricks, books, and videos are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard practice across the magic industry and something every serious performer understands.

If an item is still sealed in its original packaging and unused, we'll accept a return within 30 days.

Everything Else

For non-trick items (apparel, accessories, props, collectibles, gift cards, and other merchandise), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • Undamaged
  • In resalable condition
  • In its original packaging where applicable

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive something that's broken, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll fix it — your choice of a full refund or a replacement. Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.
